Learner’s World International School (LWIS) Istanbul is a private, international, English-medium, co-educational day school (K to 12). LWIS Istanbul is accredited by the Turkish Ministry of Education, license numbers: 99999591 / 99999592. The school is learner-centered in philosophy of education and multi-national in curriculum, staff, and learners.

LWIS Istanbul is a member of the LWIS Network. The school is an International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate for the Primary Years Programme (PYP).

International Membership & Affiliation

• LWIS Istanbul is a member of the LWIS Network across Lebanon, the UAE (Dubai) and KSA (Riyadh).
• LWIS Network schools offer a range of international programmes.
• Learners in Lebanon can choose the American High School curriculum accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) or the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB DP) Programme.
• In Dubai and Riyadh, the schools offer the American High School curriculum accredited respectively by NEASC and Cognia. Both schools are now IB DP candidate schools.
